The hearts don't appear on my store

Check, in order: the plan is active under Plan & billing; Show wishlist on my storefront is on under Design; the app embed is on and saved in the theme you've published; the places you want under Where to show are ticked. On a custom theme, add selectors under Design → Advanced.
