How to create BOGO offer?

We’re excited to introduce a new BOGO (Buy X Get Y) bundle type that allows merchants to create advanced promotional offers based on quantity requirements.

This feature enables flexible discount configurations while ensuring accurate pricing and smooth cart behavior.

What is BOGO (Buy X Get Y)?

The BOGO bundle allows customers to receive benefits on a specific quantity (Y) of products after purchasing a required quantity (X).

You can now create offers such as:

• Buy 3 Get 2 Free
• Buy 3 Get 2 at 10% Discount
• Buy X Get Y with Fixed Amount Discount

How It Works :

Example configuration:

• Buy (X): 3
• Get (Y): 2Discount: 100%

In this case, customers must add 3 qualifying products to the cart to unlock 2 additional products for free.

How to create :

Step 1 : Navigate to Offers and click on “Create New Offer.”

Step 2 : Choose “BOGO Offer.”

Step 3 : Enter the required details:

- Internal Name : Visible only in the app admin to identify the offer.

- Offer Name : Displayed to customers on the frontend.

- Offer Description : Add a short description explaining the bundle offer.

Step 4 :  Customer buys - Select the product(s) or collection(s) that customers must purchase to get the BOGO offer.

Step 5 : Customer gets - Choose whether the customer will receive:

- The same product, or

- A different product as part of the BOGO offer.

Step 6 : Under Customer Selection Rules, define whether:

- Customers must purchase all discounted products, or

- A specific number of products to unlock the offer.

Step 7 : In the Discount Section, select how the discount will apply to the Y products:

- Percentage discount

- Fixed amount discount

- Free Gift (100% discount)
