How to Add Customer Account Block

This guide will help you add the Manage Subscriptions block to your customer account page so customers can manage their subscriptions easily.

Method 1: Add Block via Checkout Customization (Recommended)

• Go to Shopify Admin
• Navigate to Settings
• Click on Checkout

• Click on the Customize button

  

• In the checkout editor, click on Apps
• Find Utterbond Subscriptions
• Click on Manage Subscriptions

• Select Accounts as the page location

  

   

• Click on Add to menu

• This will create a new menu item in the customer account navigation

  

   

• Click Save

• Your changes will be applied to the store

  
  

  

• Customers will now see a Manage Subscriptions option in their account menu

They can:

• View subscriptions
• Pause subscriptions

• Cancel subscriptions

  
  

Method 2: Manually Add Menu (If “Add to menu” Option Not Visible)

• If the menu is not created automatically, follow these steps:

  • Go to Shopify Admin
  • Navigate to Content
  • Click on Menus

  • Click on the Customer account main menu

    

    
    
  • Click Add menu item
  • Enter label: Manage Subscriptions
  • Apps
  • Manage Subscriptions (Utterbond Subscriptions)



• Important Notes

• Ensure Customer Accounts are enabled in Shopify

• Always click Save after making changes

  If the menu is not visible:

  • Refresh the storefront
  • Log out and log back in
