Create custom subscription

A Custom Subscription allows you to tailor subscription plans to meet specific customer needs. This feature enables you to create personalized plans by selecting unique subscription terms, pricing, and benefits for individual customers.


Ensure the customer has placed at least one order to qualify for a custom subscription. Custom subscriptions provide flexibility to accommodate unique requirements, offering a tailored experience for your customers.

Follow these easy steps to assign a custom subscription:

  1. Log in to your Shopify account.
  2. Navigate to the Utterbond Subscriptions app.
  3. Go to the Subscriptions section.
  4. Click on Create Subscription.

  1. Choose the desired Currency.

  1. Select the Customer.

Note: Custom subscriptions can only be assigned to customers who have payment methods; without a payment method, they are not able to assign a custom subscription order.
